Duties:

• Prosecute all misdemeanors, traffic violations, and juvenile matters
• collection of delinquent taxes
• collection of returned cold checks
• advise the fiscal court on any and legal matters in relation to the county
• establish paternity, collection, and enforecement of child support
• assist residents with various legal issues involving criminal conduct
